Would you recommend dual booting Windows and Linux within the same SSD?

What are your experience with this? Advantages and Disadvantages? I dont have spare hard drive, I simply want to dualboot, so once the PC is on I would have the options whether to pick windows 10 enterprise or linux? I want to be able to just use linux for general use and knowledge.

I did that for awhile just after the turn of the century, but now I run Linux exclusively on my computer and would not and will not ever go back to Windows.

I’m writing this paragraph using my desktop computer running Manjaro Linux, exclusively. This is not dual boot. I boot, and this is what I get, and I can do everything you can do with your Windows computer.

Look it up. Download it, burn it to a DVD, boot your computer and try it out. You can install it if you want. I’ve used Linux for the last 17 years.

Alternatively, you can get your feet wet with a dual boot system easily enough. The problem with a dual boot is you are either in one side or the other. You can’t be in both.
It would be more efficient to install a virtualbox and install Linux in that, if you are afraid to run it exclusively.
