When traveling to a foreign country, what are some things you can do to protect your passport from getting stolen?

I have a lot of experience in this area because I’ve been to 37 countries, including 3rd world countries. I recommend obtaining a money belt. It’s a pouch that wraps around you and under your clothing that contains your passport and money. Watch out for pick pockets. They are expert.
